What You'll Do
Cloudi-Fi seeks a self-driven Sales Administrative Assistant to act as the liaison between our CEO, the Customer Success, and Sales teams. Your role will be focused on ensuring efficient sales process management while maintaining high customer satisfaction through seamless coordination between internal teams and prompt resolution of any issues.

- Order Management: Ensure the reception, processing, and follow-up of purchase orders while ensuring compliance with contractual terms.
- Subscription and Renewal Monitoring: In collaboration with the sales and customer success teams, oversee the proper management of subscription contracts (POC follow-ups, renewals, contract modifications) and ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
- Coordination of Information Flow: Collaborate with the sales and Customer Success teams to ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLA) and maintain smooth communication throughout the contract lifecycle.
- Billing and Payment Tracking: In collaboration with the accounting team and the CEO, ensure accurate and timely subscription billing and payment tracking.
- Dispute Management: Address complaints and resolve issues related to subscriptions or billing in cooperation with different departments.
- Sales Administration Process Optimization: Actively contribute to continuously improving administrative processes related to sales and support.
- Main supplier negotiation: Negotiate the renewal of external services, which is sometimes part of Cloudi-Fi sales, in collaboration with technical partners.

- First experience as a Sales Administrative Assistant in a SaaS company would be a bonus
